1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that high volume of orders during holidays or promotional events may cause slight delays in processing.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
- Carrier: We utilize reliable international carriers to ensure your toys arrive safely.
*Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. International Shipping & Customs
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Toy Factory is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@toyfactory.art with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy.
